In order to apply for a stay abroad grant you need a (conditionally) approved stay abroad request.
Once your stay abroad request has been (conditionally) approved by your faculty's international office you will be able to apply for a grant.
Your stay abroad (grant) requests in Osiris
- Navigate to the ‘stay abroad requests’ tab, by either clicking on the tile (1) on your home screen or the globe icon (2) in the menu
Starting a new request
- Select your completed stay abroad request for with status 'Selected by Radboud'.
- After selecting your stay abroad request you will see the 'Further actions' tab on the right.
On that tab you will see the grant you have been nominated for. - Click on the available grant in order to start your grant application.
- Follow the steps and make sure to click submit at the end of the form.

Modifying existing applications
Once you have created the grant application you can temporarily save your request and continue at a later moment by selecting your grant request and clicking 'Edit'.
In case we require additional information you will be prompted to return to Osiris and edit your grant request.
