OSIRIS is the student's file. In addition to grades, study progress, course and test registrations, messages and notes, the file also contains documents. These documents may originate from:
- Uploads of the student for the purpose of the application
- Documents uploaded by the student in a note
- Documents uploaded by an employee, in a note, at a test result, etc.
- Documents created automatically by OSIRIS and sent to the student in hard-cpy or by e-mail
All these documents are visible in the student's file. Depending on the type of document, they are automatically deleted after a certain period of time, in accordance with the OSIRIS retention and deletion policy. This describes what the file looks like.
