How can I unsubscribe from a course?
Updated onArticleYou can unsubscribe from courses in OSIRIS. However, this action depends on the cancellation period connected to the registration period for the course. In some cases it is no longer possible to cancel a course registration. If you have any questions, please contact the Student Information Point of the faculty of your study programme.

How do I register for a course?
Updated onArticleYou can register for a course yourself in OSIRIS. In some cases, the student administration of your study programme will register you for courses.
- There may be conditions attached to registering, such as entry requirements, pre-registration or waiting lists. This is usually indicated in the course description.
- Registration for courses takes place in a specific period. This period may differ per faculty, programme or type of course. The registration period is mentioned with each course.
- It is also possible to filter courses that are open for registration.

What is the 'Cases' tab for?
Updated onArticleHere you can access your case for as far as it is available. If applicable, you can complete your tasks within the cases. You will receive information about cases relevant to you via e-mail. If it is applicable to you, you can start a case here. You will receive information about this via various (relevant) websites.
Cases are opened in a new tab. It is therefore necessary that the pop-up blocker of your browser is disabled for OSIRIS. Click here for an example of an instruction on how to do that.

How can I change my passport photo?
Updated onArticleIn OSIRIS you can upload your passport photo. The photo is used on your student card.
Make sure that the photo you use is suitable for identification.

How can I view and edit my address details?
Updated onArticleAddress details are in OSIRIS. They are from Studielink. We have a study address and a 'parental' address.
- The study address we receive from Studielink, and can therefore not be changed in OSIRIS. If you want to change this address, go to Studielink.
- The parental address is the address we received from Studielink at the time of your first application at Radboud University. After that you can change it in OSIRIS. This instruction explains how to do this.
